Please note that client information for Letters of Authority (LoAs) will only be available on Timeline for a limited period based on our data retention policies. After this retention period, the information will no longer be accessible on Timeline.

To ensure compliance and record-keeping, we recommend downloading and securely storing completed LoAs as soon as the process is completed.

By doing so, you will maintain access to the necessary information for future reference, even after it is no longer available on Timeline.

Below is a breakdown of how long data is retained:

  • No LoA Created: Data will be retained for 3 months if no Letter of Authority (LoA) is created.

  • After Last LoA Created: Data will be retained for 3 months following the creation of the last LoA.

  • LoA Not Completed: If an LoA has not been completed and has a sent date older than 6 months, the data will no longer be retained.

  • LoAs With Recent Activity:

    • Completed LoAs will be retained for 3 months from their completion date.

    • Incomplete LoAs will be retained if their sent date is less than 6 months old.

To avoid losing important data, we recommend downloading and securely saving any relevant information before the retention period ends. If you have questions or need support, please contact our help team.
