Does Timeline’s historical returns assume that ongoing fund charges are deducted at source and therefore the historical return is a net of ongoing fund charges? Do I just enter my service and platform fee, or should I enter the OCF as a fee together with my servicing and platform fees?

Timeline’s historical returns have not considered the impact of fees and these are not deducted at source, so it isn't net of ongoing fund charges. You would need to enter your fees on each account. These can either be variable or fixed charges.
