Creating Custom Templates
Access the Fact Find:
Navigate to the Fact Find section inside hte Client Actions page.
Click on the Template tab
Click on "Create New Template."
Template Setup:
Template Name: Enter a name for your template to identify it later easily.
Customize Steps:
Adding Custom Questions
Question Types:
Yes/No questions
Text answer questions
Multiple choices questions
Single choice questions
Value questions
Percentage questions
Customizing Questions:
For each question, enter the prompt or question text.
For multiple-choice questions, list all possible answers.
Adding Custom Steps
Add as many custom steps as you want, such as a Feedback step for your firm or any other missing steps not present in the questionnaire.
Add fields inside a question
If you would like to capture extra details in some questions, such as who the employer is, you can do that by clicking the three dots actions at the bottom of the question.
